I recently won my case against this girl that sold me a fake dress for $600, and sold it to me in a very misleading way that I will explain if asked. Anyways, i can’t get my refund until I ship the dress back, but she is angry that I won and is saying that she is not giving me my refund, and that I’m a “scammer” when she’s the one that scammed me. I guess my question is, can she decide whether or not she’s giving me my refund? I don’t want to send the dress back and her keep that and my money. Please help
