Created a claim for a scam product bought from Ebay on the 16th of June this year. Never received a reply from Paypal, the date just keeps moving and moving forward. Its been more than 4 months now. I've tried to contact Ebay but they say there is nothing they can do because there is a claim here. Any idea what can I do?
