I ordered two Dyson hairdryers from a seller and received two cheap unbranded hairdryers. I am requesting a full refund (hair dryers have been returned) but seller has put through a partial refund, which I wish to refuse. However it looks like my paypal page has not updated and I cannot see the partial refund to reply. I have gone to the resolution centre, there is no resolve next to my case just a repond button. Therefore I cannot accept or suggest a different amount. I would like to decline the offer.
