Account limitation

My account has been put in limited status after receiving a payment from an item sold on eBay, I changed the phone number because I no longer have my old one. But my issue is everyone I talk to in message center says the same thing..."your account is limited" I tell them I know this that is why I'm here I have sent in info to verify my identity but it's been 5 days and no results. None of the automated systems can access my information they just say "something is blocking me from getting your info". I don't want to give up yet. It's a simple fix I think I just need to talk to the right person someday.
