Hi everyone! How can I reopen a dispute that was closed wrong or how can I refund my money back if I received a wrong order,I mean ,I received a watch instead a electric scooter that I ordered?? Who know,wath I need to do now??

If it's been less than 10 days since the claim was closed, you should have the ability to request an appeal of the outcome by visiting your PayPal account's Resolution Center.
