Help! I filed a dispute against a company that charged me without authorization back in July. They charged me twice without my knowledge and I was only aware of the first charge. PayPal closed the dispute and ruled in their favor and paid them. Here we are in September and they never sent the item I paid for and PayPal resolution center won’t let me open a dispute on the same charges again. What do I do?
