I received an item that was fake and incorrectly labeled on eBay. After I disputed through paypal, the seller offered a full refund if I sent back the item which I have. Paypal gave me until June 21st to enter the shipping information, but when I logged on this morning to enter the tracking information, the ticket had already been closed a day early. I have the original email from paypal stating the information that needed to be supplied and the date that it needed to be supplied by.

 

This is unacceptable and baffling as now I cannot enter my shipping information even though I have already shipped back the item. I have also been on hold for 7 hours and 30 mins from the chat with NO REPLY.

 

Please advise on any recourse that I have.

So actually since this is a Time zone issue its not your fault! Its a easy fix all you have to do is Phone PayPal Customer Service and let them know that your Time zone is different from which the PayPal websites resides in and they will reopen the case and refund your money since you have followed the instructions they gave you and tell them you have all the proof for them to side with you!😀

Its a easy fix all you have to do is Phone PayPal Customer Service and let them know that your Time zone is different from which the PayPal websites resides in and they will reopen the case and refund your money since you have followed the instructions they gave you and tell them you have all the proof for them to side with you!😀

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, even though I attached the email with the deadline for the information requested and explained everything that happened the customer support is still not willing to help. I don’t think they are even reading the email from them that I am forwarding. Did you have to call a live person to get this resolved?
