I received an item that was fake and incorrectly labeled on eBay. After I disputed through paypal, the seller offered a full refund if I sent back the item which I have. Paypal gave me until June 21st to enter the shipping information, but when I logged on this morning to enter the tracking information, the ticket had already been closed a day early. I have the original email from paypal stating the information that needed to be supplied and the date that it needed to be supplied by.
This is unacceptable and baffling as now I cannot enter my shipping information even though I have already shipped back the item. I have also been on hold for 7 hours and 30 mins from the chat with NO REPLY.
Please advise on any recourse that I have.
