Dispute denied

On July I purchased a desktop for my lap top. The item took 2 months to arrive and came with missing parts to assembly. So I opened a dispute to refund my money and was told to return the item to the seller in China and I did it. I have photos of receipt, package and documents from Post Office as proof that I did return the item to the seller, but for twice PayPal deny my case, saying that there is no proof I returned the item. THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!!!  What else can I show to prove that I really returned the item. This is not fair for a long time PayPal customer!!

All they require is a tracking number that proves delivery of the item back to the seller.
