Dispute denied twice

With obvious evidence that the item I recieved from a merchant was totally different than what they showed. I was denied. This makes me feel like paypal is not taking this serious enough to help me get a refund. I don’t want this item and I want it returned with full refund. This is my first time purchasing something from a international company that is obviously scamming people. I don’t know what to do anymore as I spent $170 on a gift for my birthday. Ugh

Contact customer service to speak with an agent to review the case. 

 

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
