Can anyone advise how I add extra detail to an ongoing dispute? I ordered a nintendo switch £169.99 and received a flimsy £1 phone case instead! The tracking number is the same but the goods ordered are most definitely not in the package.
There is no way to contact anyone at paypal, if I go to the resolution centre I can only review my case and not add to it.
The messaging centre is just an automated computer response and therefore no help whatsoever.
