No one at a PayPal LISTENS to the information given them for a claim.

I have been going back and forth with PayPal for 2 months...I am sure there is not a LIVE PERSON working there!!!!

I get the same canned speech every time I try to communicate my issue...

 

I have had two claims this year. One was product was NOT WHAT WAS REPRESENTED. CHINA!!!!! All they would tell me was to return the 

$69 item and get my refund, however, they would not say if it would go thru customs or not. The price to ship the item back to this fraudulent 

company was $40...haha...thanks for the help PayPal. 

 

This past claim was for an item that was never delivered!!! The same canned speech...send the item back and you will be reimbursed...HOW THE HELL DO I RETURN SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED.

 

If you have a question whether to use PayPal as a payment resource...DO NOT DO IT!!!

Also, if you order from China, don't expect to receive your order...just throw the money out the door and forget about it.
