Hi
I have a drop-shipping e-commerce business that runs on Shopify. I sell products from US retailers to US customers, but I'm a resident of South Africa.
PayPal requires document to prove registration of business and business address. An Internet business does not have these.
PayPal rejected every document I sent them. They have now suspended my account and my shop can no longer receive payments. It is DEAD.
I have now also created a LLC company in Delaware, USA with the same name as my e-store name, but PayPal also rejected that. They said a person from one country could not run a business in another country. The business must be in the same country from where the PayPal account was opened.
I don't have any documents to prove that my business is in South Africa. It's on the Internet.
Could anyone please advise me?
