Contacting PayPal about a dispute

Hi, does anyone know how I can contact PayPal either by email or phone (in Australia).  I am not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute, as I don't think they understood the whole issue, and want it looked at further.  There doesn't seem to be any avenue for that once the case is closed by them.

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Thanks for your response.  Those contact us options don't seem to be available.  There is a message us option which gives generic information.  Nowhere I can find that I can email or call about a specific dispute.

 

I will try the facebook option though.  Thanks for that.
