Closed Dispute But Cant See "Confirm Receipt" Button

I am been trying to get some web development services performed for me over the internet and it has been fraught with pain. 

 

Its my first time using a service like this over the internet rather than in person and I've been a bit jittery with it all. Needless to say, I paid a service provider who highlighted a few days later than the payment needed to be confirmed on my end. When logging in to check, I noticed that the email address attached to the payment had changed, which seemed dodgy and so I filed an unauthorized activity dispute. I've since been able to work out with the service provider what happened (they live in Africa and can't use their own email address to receive payments so had to use a family member's email instead) and PayPal has then come back and said there is nothing wrong with the transaction and closed the dispute.

 

However, despite the dispute being closed in the Resolution Centre, it is still flagged as active ("Check your status here") on the transaction, which appears to be preventing the "confirm receipt" button from appearing so that I can progress the transaction (https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-confirm-receipt-of-an-item-faq4176).

 

What should I do?
