Cancel Dispute

I want to cancel my dispute, now its on the review process. there is a miscommunication between us and the problem is not on the seller but on the delivery courier. He need to use his PayPal for monthly pay, since i request for dispute he cant use his PayPal account. how can i cancel it?

Estimated case resolution will be on 27th January. i try call customer service but it never connect to a representative person. i email to PayPal email and it never answer my question. is there any solution?
