Can't resolve account limitation

Hello, I have this problem where I can’t resolve my account limitation.
When I click on ''resolve'' it shows ''Thanks for providing your info'' but I didn't send anything to begin with, and there is nothing I can do, it just goes on the same loop. I'm a small streamer trying to withdraw my donations, but for some reason, my account is limited, and I need to prove my identity.
Can someone please help me with how to fix it?
