Can I transfer money from my Paypal account to my Transferwise account?

Hi everyone. I'm currently living in Turkey and Paypal is not available here. I'd like to know if I can transfer money from Paypal to Transferwise?

No, sorry.

If you are living in Turkey where PayPal is not available, you are not permitted to open a PayPal account from any other country. It is a violation of PayPal User agreement. If PayPal checks your account and asks you to verify identity and you can't provide Canadian credentials, your money is locked up.

#SharpiemarkerI thank you for your answer. already have a Paypal account and by being unavailable I don't mean not being able to log in. I can log in but I can't add a Turkish bank account to my Paypal. So I was wondering if I can transfer money from Paypal to transferwise which is available in Turkey.
