Can I open a second dispute after 1st has closed?

I opened a dispute as my item had not arrived but it eventually did and paypal closed the case and found in the sellers favour - fair enough. Trouble is that the goods that I eventually received I believe to be counterfeit. The resolution centre does not seem to allow me to open a second dispute against the same transaction. The seller is not communicating with me when I have requested a return and refund. Any ideas?
