Hi,
I purchase a bra from WULI22, who I did not know was a chinese company. They too wanted a photograph of the item, which I duly sent them. They are giving me the run around. They refuse to give be a return address and only say that it is very expensive to post anything to Hong Kong and can't I sell the bra to someone else or give it away.
The bra is of inferior quality and does not fit, even though I used the company's fitting guide to order the size.
The company offer a 30 day No Quibble Guarantee, which is obviously untrue.
I thought that as I had bought this through Paypal and on their credit card I was protected I received this reply "We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because PayPal Buyer Protection covers goods or services that weren’t delivered or are not as described."
My question is is there anything else I can do. Any help gratefully received Thank you

Unfortunately, 'doesn't fit' is not covered under buyer protection (it's not that kind of protection) as it is a buyer's remorse reason. Buyer Protection is not a warranty that the item will fit, will be as expected. You bought a bra, received a bra, in the size that you ordered as far as PayPal is concerned.
And since this seller refuses to accept the return and you paid with PayPal Credit (not another third party credit card company), there's not much you can do but to resell it or even donate it.
Maybe contact customer service and perhaps they may give you a courtesy refund?
Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Thank you Sharpiemarker,
It isn't that fact that it only doesn't fit, it is of significantly inferior quality to that advertised. Doesn't that count for anything?

@Kernowmaid from kernowlass !!!
How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/first-dispute
DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Having said all that if you win your dispute then normally paypal will tell you to return it at your own expense trackable to prove delivery before you get a refund, that may be more than the item is worth so make sure you have activated the 'return shipping on us' link.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I also went through the same thing with this company. They never offered a return address, asked me to give the item (poor quality and not equal to U.S. sizes) to a friend. Then they offered me a $3 gift card! $3 ?? Lesson learned and money down the toilet.
