Hi, I purchase a bra from WULI22, who I did not know was a chinese company. They too wanted a photograph of the item, which I duly sent them. They are giving me the run around. They refuse to give be a return address and only say that it is very expensive to post anything to Hong Kong and can't I sell the bra to someone else or give it away. The bra is of inferior quality and does not fit, even though I used the company's fitting guide to order the size. The company offer a 30 day No Quibble Guarantee, which is obviously untrue. I thought that as I had bought this through Paypal and on their credit card I was protected I received this reply "We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because PayPal Buyer Protection covers goods or services that weren’t delivered or are not as described." My question is is there anything else I can do.
