I dont have this merchandise &I haven't been refunded the 83.00 they charged on my pay pal account...yet they emailed me to tell me 'dear customer" any inconvenience caused to you deeply regretted. YOU open a dispute with Paypal,so my colleague has cancelled the order...why dont I see a credit .ok n my account for this ??Has anyone else have issues with Berrylook ???I will NEVER shop there again.

I’m in the UK hun. To be honest it was so much grief and hours of inconvenience I didn’t even bother. I went through Royal Mail which you can’t pay with PayPal so no doubt they wouldn’t have covered it! I was just sick to the stomach of arguing it all out!

Yep posted US one by mistake, heres the UK one and as long as you have a tracking number it does not matter if you didn't use paypal postage.
