Account Restricted one month after submitting verification documents without response

Hello, is there anyone that has got help from PayPal regarding account limitation during this corona pandemic?
I'm asking because my account is restricted from withdrawing and sending money. I had submitted verification documents more than a month ago but the error never went away. When I click on the notification, it has been saying we'll reach back to you in 2-3 business days. Is this really normal to any other person, because I think there is an issue somewhere cause 1 month is very long without verifying or at least saying the documents were not accepted I should send other one or something else.
Is there anyone who has been experiencing the same and got help?

i'm the same. done everything 3 weeks ago. nothing. no way to contact them. not a thing.
i've been using paypal with the same bank account details for 14 years!! no changes to the way i shop, then this!!!!!
its terrible customer services, no excuses.
