Hi
I paid my ebay fees through paypal on 2nd Nov and although my account shows as sent, my ebay account is not showing the payment still stating that i owe them.How do i sort this out?
Any help much appreciated

Hey there Mikestu,
If the payment is showing in your PayPal as being sent then I would contact eBay directly and inform them that payment has been made.
If you have more than one account, make sure that you have the correct eBay account registered to your PayPal account.
Here’s how to contact eBay Customer Service:
- Go to www.ebay.co.uk and log in to your account.
- Click ‘Contact us’ near the top of the page.
- Enter your issue under ‘Tell us about your problem’
- Click ‘Ask.’
- Select a topic that addresses your issue, ask another question, or click ‘select your topic’ to choose from a list of topics.
- Select the topics that match your issue.
- · Click ‘Email us.’ Enter your question or concern and click ‘Send.’
- · Click ‘Chat with us.’ Enter your information and click ‘Start Chat’ to talk to a live agent online.
- · Click ‘Call us.’ You’ll have 15 minutes to call eBay.
