Hi - Little help please - I sold an item on ebay, and was informed by paypal i was being paid by echeque and not to ship the item untill payment confirmed, This only showed as Pending in my balance. 1 day later the buyer contacted me asking to cancel the order. So i cancelled, and have tried to cancel the paypal echeque but it still showing as pending. is this normal, and do i need to do anything else.
If it was a pending echeque and not pending under the new seller hold then you should be able to cancel it here..........
Go to Account Overview > History > Find the relevant payment > Details > Cancel Payment under ‘Cancel this eCheque payment’ > Review the information and include a message to buyer > Cancel Payment.
