Hi I have £152 cleared  funds in my paypal account and wanted to send £140 to a friend.I was refused by paypal stating "you must add funds"?? Just before, i paid my ebay fees and they were quick enough to take this!!! I had this problem last time when i wanted to send my grandaughter her birthday money through her paypal account and was refused with paypal saying the same even though i had cleared funds in my account I am totally fed up with having to worry that any time i want to withdraw (my own money!!) paypal decide i cant!!! Hi i have just paid my ebay fees and want to send the balance to my grandaughter for her birthday.I clicked on the amount leaving £6.00 in my account then pressed send money and her email.A message  came up that i must add funds to my account before seding.I checked that my balance included the ebay fees paid and it does,and tried again leaving £26.00 in the account this time.Its still saying i have to add funds before they will send the payment.Whats going on? Hi I had a buyer who left it over 60 days to ask to return the items and have a refund, which i agreed to.As it was over 60 days i was unable to refund through the normal "issue refund" channel so refunded through "send payment". I checked the invoice and clicked on view paypal payment for email address which started wit k.8t but i mistakenly left out the dot between the k and the 8 sending the money to k8t and it seems now i have refunded the wrong person!
