Sold item on ebay, item sent, received positive feedback..money still pending?

I sold a phone on ebay for 220, it says money received and its in the balance but says pending, therefore I cannot withdraw it, the buyer left positive feedback 4 days ago and everything is smooth and perfect. Why is paypal still pending the payment? It says it gets released few minutes after feedback received :s .. Help!

Hi Ace_PK,

If your payment is held and you have provided tracking information for the shipment of your item, your payment will be released once your item has been delivered for three calendar days.

Your payments will be held if you meet any of the following criteria

• You have been an eBay and PayPal member for less than 6 months
• You have an eBay feedback score of less than 100 and do not have a record of good performance
• You have a Buyer dissatisfaction percentage of 5% or greater
• You have an average Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) of less than 4.5
• You have received fewer than 20 Detailed Seller Ratings in the last 12 months
• You have a high rate of customer disputes
• You’re selling in a high risk category or industry such as, tickets, travel, gift certificates, computers, consumer electronics or mobile phones

Your funds will be released within 24 hours from when one of the following occurs:

• The buyer leaves you positive feedback
• You provide a tracking number which shows that the item has been delivered over 3 days ago

Hi I have received positive feedback more than 24 hours ago, confirming that buyers have received items and my balance is still pending!!

I'm not sure what to do next. Am waiting to purchase items myself and the fundings are still pending, if I was holding onto things I would be penalised by ebay and paypal, appreciate the reasons why you do this, but surely after the buyer is happy with the purchase that is enough evidence that the item was recieved and to release the payment?

I have received positive ebay feedback hence confirming the delivery of a number of items but my moneys are still pending! What do I do, only selling curtains and a few dog leads lol! not even a risky or counterfeit item etc. need my money realeasd how do I do it. Any help would be appreciated? thanks.

Hi Renai2012,

When you receive positive feedback from a buyer through your eBay account, the money should be released within 24 to 48 hours. If you wish, you can try to contact us directly and we will be able to release the funds while you are on the phone once we can see the item was delivered.

I am having this same problem, i have receieved positive feedback more than 48 hours ago and my funds have still not been released.

I refuse to call paypal and waste more of my own money just trying to get my own money released. It's ridiculous.

This system needs changed, 21 days is a seriously long time to have to wait regardless.

If this continues i can see a lot of people closing down there paypal accounts. It's getting beyond a joke.

theres over 1200 posts about this problem, something needs done!
