I am having this same problem, i have receieved positive feedback more than 48 hours ago and my funds have still not been released. I refuse to call paypal and waste more of my own money just trying to get my own money released. It's ridiculous. This system needs changed, 21 days is a seriously long time to have to wait regardless. If this continues i can see a lot of people closing down there paypal accounts. It's getting beyond a joke. theres over 1200 posts about this problem, something needs done!
