I am getting this when i try to close my account:
This account cannot be closed at this time because there are outstanding payment authorizations. Please try again after the authorizations have been settled or voided
I have no outstanding payment authorizations. How can this be fixed so i can close my account. I even contacted PayPal and BillMeLater and they said there is no outstanding payment authorizations and also BillMeLater confirmed that and i have the emails. Allso i can not use my billmelater with paypal. yes its linked!
Allso there is a address in my setting that is not mine that i can not delet or edit in anyway.
Any Help Please!

Im sorry to be such a pain on here and complaining so much about my account, but i have never had to do this before and i do not like to do so. The person i talked to on the phone the last time was real nice and a pleasure to talk to and she fixed my address and another problem with my account and said i could close my account at any time. But when i tested it today it come up with the same thing. cannot close account authorizations pending or something like that. Anyway i will call again sometime next week and see if it gets fixed.

I'm sure a representative will be able to help when you call. Posting in the Community Forums requires a PayPal account, so we won't be able to see a post from you if you are successful at closing the account, but please come back to let us know if you run into any more problems.

I am being refused to close ,my account with paypal.com and demand to knjow how , legally , I can close this account; I cancelled an order and paypal told me there was no way to stop it presently or in the future.
disappointed consumer ...better business bureau in my State with also be notified.
