Hi Olivia and thanks for your reply,   Im sorry to be such a pain on here and complaining so much about my account, but i have never had to do this before and i do not like to do so. The person i talked to on the phone the last time was real nice and a pleasure to talk to and she fixed my address and another problem with my account and said i could close my account at any time. But when i tested it today it come up with the same thing.  cannot close account authorizations pending or something like that. Stuck, That may well be what the problem is, i do have something that is still pending that was canceled well over a month ago at homedepot. It was a in store pickup and homedepot canceled/void the transaction.  And i think that is why ther address is in My Personal Info that i can not remove.
