Is there any way to block e-mail address from sending any payments to my paypal account?
I read topics that were set up way back in the 2011 and hopefully, 5 years from now, that has changed.

Sorry, there is no way to do that however you can set preferences to block certain payments via Payment Receiving Preferences:
Set your Payment Receiving Preferences to automatically convert or deny payments.
How payment receiving preferences work:
If you have a Premier or Business account, Payment Receiving Preferences can handle payments automatically. You can convert any payment into your primary currency or block certain types of payments.
You can:
- Block payments from U.S. customers who don't have a confirmed address.
- Block payments sent to you in a currency you don't hold.
- Block payments for duplicate invoice IDs.
- Block payments from customers who have non-U.S. PayPal accounts.
- Block payments from Student Account holders.
To set your Payment Receiving Preferences:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile at the top of the page.
- Click My selling tools.
- Click Update in the Block payments section.
- Update your settings and click Save.
A work around would be to use a new email address and delete the old one for your account that the person you want to block payments from don't know about. If the person send payment to the old email, I figure the payment will linger for 30 days and bounce back to the sender.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
