recently purchased an apple watch on ebay that was icloud locked.  I opened a case on ebay but didn't know I had to return the watch first so the case was closed immediately.  I have no opened a case through paypal.  Its been escalated to a claim but I have not heard from paypal yet.  Do I need to ship watch back now or wait until I hear from paypal first?

Did you provide all relevant information before escalating to a claim?

10 days after escalation PayPal will make a decision; PayPal may also request more information during claim time period.

Wait for any instructions from PayPal.

IF you prevail you will need ship with tracking to seller.  You pay return shipping.
