Fraud Report

Someone is using PayPal to transfer money out of my bank account.  I have reported this to my bank, but I would like PayPal to be aware of the activity.  There doesn't seem to be a way to report fraud with PayPal unless I have a transaction number, but none of these transfer are happening through my PayPal account, so I don't have a transaction number to provide.

PayPal, please be aware that someone is using the name (removed) via PayPal to steal money from bank accounts.  This activity has occurred between Jan. 28 and Feb. 13 of 2015.

Reporting something like this should actually be pretty easy. All you need to do is get in touch with our customer service and provide the bank account number. If it has been linked to a PayPal account we'll be able to find it and not only shut that account down but also make sure the bank can no longer be used on PayPal.
