Claim - Paypal asking me to return item but i have already returned it to the seller.

Hi all.
So the crux of my issue. I have effectievly won the claim but seeing as i already sent the item back to the seller i obviously cannot send it to this new address. Needless to say i doubt the seller will oblige to do it for me.
The skinny of it goes as such.
- phone i ordered from a seller comes in faulty. I file a dispute and attempt to work it out with the seller.
- We arrange for me to use the sellers RMA system to attempt to file it under a warranty claim.
- As per this arrangement i pack up the item and send it to them at the address they specified.
- Stuff happens (would take a while to explain) and i escalate to a Claim to try and get my money back as a i beleive i'm being scammed.
- PayPal finds that i have a right to a refund and asks me to package the item (which I dont have anymore) and to send it to an address specified by paypal and to provide tracking info.
What do I do? I have the shipping info for when i sent it to them for RMA (the seller has acknowledged receiving the phone) but that was over two weeks ago and wont show up in any tracking information.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to read about your issue, i must say, im almost in the same boat with you, the same thing has happened with me recently, just the difference is that i shipped on the address paypal gave me and now the seller is asking to ship it on another address (different country), sellers claims that no one will accept my parcel on the address paypal gave me and i wont get back my money whereas paypal also states that the money will be returned once the seller confirms the delivery, i am myself confused now about what to do, the only way out i found is to contact paypal either via phone or email, tell them the complete story and ask them to solve the issue as soon as possible and return back the money.
I hope we both get our money soon.
