I accidentally bought an item from eBay using an expired card! And really I'm not sure what's going on or what to do! The seller has not received the money... Just now I deleted my expired card and put in my new card.... But the seller has still yet to receive money! Please help this is first time this happened to me 😞

You didn't need to delete the card, just update the expiration date and maybe the CCV number from the back of card and hit save.  Unless the new card has a different card number.

Since you added new card, are you asked by PayPal to verify the card first?  If so, verify the card.  Check with the card issuer to see if payment went through or not to the expired card just in case.  After you verify your new card, get with the seller to make payment again if no payment has gone through to expired card.
