Hi all. So the crux of my issue. I have effectievly won the claim but seeing as i already sent the item back to the seller i obviously cannot send it to this new address. Needless to say i doubt the seller will oblige to do it for me. The skinny of it goes as such. phone i ordered from a seller comes in faulty. I file a dispute and attempt to work it out with the seller. We arrange for me to use the sellers RMA system to attempt to file it under a warranty claim. As per this arrangement i pack up the item and send it to them at the address they specified. Stuff happens (would take a while to explain) and i escalate to a Claim to try and get my money back as a i beleive i'm being scammed. PayPal finds that i have a right to a refund and asks me to package the item (which I dont have anymore) and to send it to an address specified by paypal and to provide tracking info. What do I do? I have the shipping info for when i sent it to them for RMA (the seller has acknowledged receiving the phone) but that was over two weeks ago and wont show up in any tracking information.
