Question about Canceled transaction

Hello, so yesterday I made a purchase on Ebay and after a little wait the seller had canceled the purchase due to being sold out. I can see that on my PayPal the transaction was cancelled, but my bank is continuing with the transaction. All I want to know is what is happening with my money, and when will I get a refund on it? (If applicable since it was a cancelled transaction)

When a payment is cancelled those funds can't do a u-turn > they have to process through to paypal who will then either return them to your funding source (if you paid with a debit or credit card), or credit your paypal balance (if it was funded from your balance or instant bank transfer), but that takes a few days and sometimes up to a week.

I cancelled a transaction through QVC, but the pending charge is still showing in PayPal and showing cancelled on QVC. How long will it take for that pending transaction fall off my PayPal Credit Account so I can have dull access to my funds?

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.

Then they won't capture that pending payment and it will time out at 30 days.
