Similar questions have been posted before but with no solution. I'm trying to open up a shop on Storenvy, and in order to connect it to Paypal, you need to link the two for receiving payments and for billing. Linking my paypal for receiving payment worked fine, but when I try to link it for billing, it has me log in to my paypal, thinks for a minute, then gives me this error:
It doesn't make any sense because it's just supposed to be linking the accounts, not processing any kind of transaction. When I contacted Storenvy they were adamant that it was a problem on PayPal's end, so I emailed PayPal customer support, and they just gave me an automated response that had absolutely nothing to do with the question I asked. Has anyone been able to solve this problem? I don't know another similar online shop that I can use for free and I'm at my wits end.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
