I am new to selling on ebay. My second item I sold the lady who bought it sent me a message minutes after bidding that she lost her job and needed me to cancel the transaction. I already have a 2nd bidder who paid for the item and it is shipped. That first transaction shows that I am awaiting payment. She keeps sending me messages to cancel the transaction before ebay fines me. If I cancel the transaction it refunds the amount of transaction to her which she hasn't paid. How do I cancel it without paying her money that isn't hers? I'm pretty sure she isn't trying to scam me. I reported her yesterday but haven't heard back from ebay. Please tell me what to do next.
