PayPal isn't allowing me to open a case.

I'm getting the message even though I have looked and the case is already closed:

 

You have already filed an unauthorised activity case regarding this transaction. Please visit the Resolution Centre to view the status of your open cases.

 

 

Please help me as I need to open a case as I have been scammed.

You can't open a second dispute for a transaction.

Hi,

 

It seems to me that you have filed the case with incorrect type. How have you been scammed? Did you not receive the item? The case that you should file should be for Item Not Received. Don't worry. Since it is from unauthorized transaction case, you can call up the Disputes & Claims Department so that they can manually file a claim for you. No, you cannot file a second dispute for the same transaction but you have a valid reason for your case to be refiled.
