Hi,   A tracking that shows it's been refused is not valid proof of delivery. If you have opened a case on eBay, and they are the ones who sided with the seller, you can directly contact customer service and have them file a claim for you. Once a claim has been filed, as long as it's not yet fourteen days since you made the purchase, the scheduled payment will be frozen until the case closes.   Most Disputes and Claims representatives are very accomodating.  ... Hi,   You can contact customer service to have them manually cancel the transaction. If the payment has already been claimed, you can file a dispute. If the seller's account is already limited because of unauthorized access, the representative can close the case right away.   Though, eBay should have been able to help you out with this. I just had to call before about an email saying the seller's account has been hacked and they issued a refund right away. ... View more

Hi,   From what I know Kickstarter is some sort of crowd funding site. It is not covered by Purchase Protection so it might be the reason it got closed right away. The only other reasons why it will close right after you file the dispute is: 1.) The transaction is more than 180 days old, or 2.) The seller uploaded a valid proof of delivery to the address listed on the transaction details even before you file the dispute. ... View more

Hi,   You can call customer service so that they can file a claim. It will be faster as opposed to filing a dispute.   For filing a dispute, you will need to wait 7 days before you can escalate it to a claim. Customer service can just file it into a claim right away.   Once the case is in claim status, the seller will only be given 10 days to respond. If they will not respond, you will receive your refund on the 11th day. If they do respond with the tracking number, PayPal will review the tracking. Since it is an international tracking, there has to be no movement on the tracking for 20/21 days (I don't remember well), then you will win the case and get your refund. ... View more

Hi,   There are different types of hold. If you are not an eBay seller, there is there's some factors on your account that triggered the hold to be added on your account. It could be the number of sales, erratic amount of money you are receiving tagged as Payments for Goods and Services, chargeback/disputes, etc. You can check your notifications. Sometimes, you can graduate from that hold simply by confirming your identity.   You can also call customer service directly so that they can tell what type of hold you are experiencing. If it is a One Off Hold, then you can't graduate from that. All PayPal users can have their transactions be placed on hold under One Off Hold unless it's a personal payment. ... View more

If you call, they will be able to add your account to the affected accounts and have it prioritized for the fix. I highly suggest you ask the buyer to just mark it as received on their transaction details. ... View more
