Mark invoice as Paid

I've created and sent an invoice. The recipient has paid it throug PayPal, but with a different email. Therefore the invoice status remains unpaid.

How can I mark as paid?

There was an optoin for that in the old user interface, but I cannot find it on the new one..

Just cancelled the invoice,he did not pay that invoice,why do you want to mark it paid?

He paid it 🙂 The problem that, paid from a different PayPal account (different email)

If the feature is not there,then there is no way to mark it as paid.

you can return his payment ,then ask him to pay the invoice.

Hmm, I thought that as long as the sender pays through that invoice, it would be marked paid even if they log on with different email address than the one used to send them the invoice.

Anyway, it looks like PayPal did get rid of marking invoice as paid because people used to scam by sending fake invoices marked as paid but really aren't paid to con sellers into sending the item.

Did he actually pay the invoice or did it make a payment separate from the invoice option.

most likely it was not paid via invoice but through the regular send and request money page.
