Have not received my item yet.

So, I bought a hoodie a week ago from a Ebay seller and it was 2nd class delivery expected within a few days, it has been over a week and nothing. Tried contacting the seller and he/she is not replying, tried opening up a dispute on Paypal but Paypal is useless, they dont have my case on the list of transactions and do not have the option to open a dispute regarding how to complain about not recieving an item. Does anyone know what I can do?? At the very least I would like to get my money back.

I live in the UK btw.

@Chowhan

You bought an item a week ago and want to open a dispute?

Thats a bit early...........i give sellers at least 2-3 weeks.

Did you pay via ebay and if so why did you not open an ebay dispute?

I paid on Ebay as a PayPal guest, when I tried to open up a dispute is says "We can't process your request at this time" and instead states "You purchased this item as a PayPal guest user and will need to contact PayPal directly by going through their Resolution Centre".

If you strongly advise I should wait another week or two, then I will although it stated 2-3 working days(second class).

Cheers

Where is seller located?  Where are you located?

How was the item to be shipped and did it include trading with USPS?

I don't think there is a 2nd class postage anymore.   It's either first class, priority, or parcels.  You should clarify with seller exactly how it is shipped and when.  Within the U. S. shipping shouldn't take mroe than 1 week.

When you are ready to open a displute you will need to call PayPal by phone.

We are both located in the UK, I in London and he is in Walsall  Just to clarify, it is actually Economy Delivery that takes 4-5 days.

Can I not open up a dispute online rather than calling??

Since you posted on the U. S. forum I assumed you were in the U. S.

You cannot open a dspute online since you purchased as a guest.  You must do it by phone just like your message from PayPal indicated.
