So, I bought a hoodie a week ago from a Ebay seller and it was 2nd class delivery expected within a few days, it has been over a week and nothing. Tried contacting the seller and he/she is not replying, tried opening up a dispute on Paypal but Paypal is useless, they dont have my case on the list of transactions and do not have the option to open a dispute regarding how to complain about not recieving an item. Does anyone know what I can do?? At the very least I would like to get my money back. I live in the UK btw.
