Bank withdrawal option no longer available

Over the last few days the PayPal menu has changed yet again!

There is now no "withdraw" option under the "Money" menu item.

There is only a "Transfer money" option. This option only allows the transfer of the entire balance to the bank account.

However, I usually leave a buffer of around 20 pounds to deal with small refunds.

This is a serious problem. Please restore the "Withdraw" option and stop messing around with options that we know well and work well.

You can email or phone.

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I still have the withdraw funds option on my paypal account but then i am probably not in the same country as you.
