Buyer opened a dispute, now he want to close dispute but can not

I sell digital goods, for promoting android application. The buyer unfortunately opened the dispute and now he wants to close the dispute but the buyer can not because the paypal dashboard gives that the dispute is closed. What should he do now ?

Dispute is already closed; buyer has nothing to do.

 

What was the reason for the dispute?  Have you received information from PayPal about the displute?
