Did you log into your PayPal account directly from your computer to check for messages from PayPal?

Did you click on the link in the email?

There's enough see it would not be from PayPal.  Just forward to spoof@PayPal.com

Always log into your PayPal account directly and check for alert and unusual activity.

PayPal do not need a domain name like intl.paypal-services.me when they have and only use PayPal.com.
