I've opened a dispute on 7/11 for an item not received. The seller had ten days to respond to it, and after ten days (7/21) he has not replied at all.
Question(s):
1) Does this mean that the case automatically goes my way and I'll be refunded?
2) Despite it being 7/22 and the ten days passed on 7/21 - it's still pending his reponse. Do I have to contact PayPal in order to tell them it's been ten days?

1. You should get your refund but no one here can speak on paypals behalf.
2. Once the deadline has been reached then paypal review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
