My account was recently limited by PayPal. They asked for information, so I submitted documents showing information that they requested regarding each of my transactions. This was on Monday, February 27th. Post-submission, I was sent to a screen that said that I would be contacted two days later or my account would be released into my control. After what seemed to be four days, I received an e-mail requesting for additional information. However, I can't get to the resolution center to add any additional information. When I try to go to the dashboard for the resolution center, I'm greeted with the same screen that I was on the 27th of February when I originally submitted my information. How am I supposed to submit additional information otherwise?
