Argentina restrictions- when you change this?

Hello

Since few years ago, because our previous "populist" goverment, in my country the payments between AR paypal accounts are restricted. We had for 2 or 3 years restrictions in our country to use USD, but, since more of 7 months ago we have now a new goverment who changed all retsrictions and we can now operate with USD dollars in all the world.

But, Paypal restrictions are still there!

We need to send and receive payments between AR Paypal accounts!

Someone here knows when Paypal will change this?

You would have to call Paypal to find out,we are just Paypal members like you

Yes! I know! I´ve already sent them an email..

BUt.. maybe someone from Paypal read this and can answer too 😉

By emails they are very slow and never answer well.

If you really want to get a response from PayPal you will need to do more than just wait; you will need to make a serious personal effort by phone or whatever other means you can find.

According to this, AR PayPal accounts can send, receive in 203 countries and in 25 currencies, though the url to the 25 currencies is not available.  It could be other reasons you are blocked.  You must contact PayPal to find out the problem.  We have do not have access to people's account here so can't fix your problem.

Yes, in fact we can get payment from all countries and we can make payments to all countries as well.

The problem and the restriction is :

One ARGENTINA Paypal account CAN´T MAKE PAYMENTS to another ARGENTINA Paypal account.

The restriction is ONLY between ARGENTINA paypal accounts.
This was caused by our previous goverment. They restricted all USD operations in our country, we cant receive even banks wires in USD from any place. But that goverment is not more (thanks GOD!).. Now the new goverment disabled all restrictions, but Paypal apparently not updated this info ;(

Again, thanks for your answers and yes, i´m trying thru email, phone etc.
