Paypal's Compliance Department is NOT HELPING ME

I cannot express how awful this company's compliance department is. I have been waiting for thousands of dollars to be released under my account for 3 months now. I've been telling Paypal that I literally need this money to pay for my bills by the end of this month and they still insist on asking me for the same documents over and over again. I believe I've sent the same documents to them at least 5 times, via the Resolution Center AND email. And they refuse to give me a reason for why a document doesn't work. So I can't even deduce if anything is wrong with the documents that I am sending or if they're just completely oblivious.

 

I have literally had to pay for fees involved with getting my company registered with the state. All to get the money that I earned from EBAY.

 

I've dealt with the restrictions department and they continue to expedite this for me by "opening a ticket", only for me to get the same automated responses via email from the compliance department days later at best. This seriously must be a joke at this point. Because this is by far the most incompetent department I've ever had to work with.

 

Has anyone had issues with this department in the past where they practically refuse to work with you or get anything done at all? If so, what did you have to do in order for them to do something!? They simply need to change the name under my account and it can only be done by Compliance.
